The Puff stitch = *Yarn over, insert hook into stitch, yarn over pull through* repeat 4 times, 8 loops on the hook, yarn over and pull through all stitches on the hook.

Abbreviations: 

Chain (ch)

Double crochet (dc) 
Treble crochet (tr) 
Repeat (rep) 
Skip (sk) 
Stitch (st)

Instructions:  
Rows 1 to 10: Completed in the shell stitch, cluster stitch, bobble stitch, and popcorn stitch workshops.

Row 11: ch1, *puff stitch, ch3* rep from * to * 5 times, puff stitch, ch2, tr into the last stitch, ch1, turn.

Row 12: dc into each st across, ch3, turn.
