Foundation Row: ch27
Row 1: Starting in the 2nd ch from the hook, dc in each st across, ch1, turn.
Row 2: dc into each st across, ch3, turn.
Row 3: sk 1 st, create 1 shell st in the next st, *sk 3 sts, 1 shell st* rep from * to * 5 times, then sk 2 sts, tr into the last stitch, ch1, turn.
Row 4: rep row 2.
